Excerpt:
Long-term construction and detours will begin on Route 10 Saturday night as the state Department of Transportation begins a project to replace the highway’s bridge over the Passaic River, connecting East Hanover with Livingston.
The project will affect bus routes as well, according to NJ Transit. Bus Routes No. 73 (Newark-Orange-Livingston Mall) and No. 872 (Morristown-Route 10-Livingston) will travel through detours, and riders will need to allow for extra travel time. Several bus stops will be closed.
