Franklin Ave will be closed in the area of Astro place for road construction until further notice. Morris Knolls High School, McWilliams Forge, The Regency, and 419 Franklin Ave can be accessed from Route 46 only. Astro place can be accessed from the route 10 access.
Brother Bear was dedicated to Disney writer Chuck Jones, and the 7th film to have a dedication to a Disney employee that has passed away during the credits. The first is The Lion King being dedicated to Frank Wells, the second is Hercules being dedicated to Jeremy Irons, Mulan to John Denver, Tarzan to Ed Gilbert, Dinosaur to Rex Everhart, and Alantis: The Lost Empire to Jim Varney.
Brother Bear was set in a post-ice age North America, where the local tribesmen believe all creatures are created through the Spirits, who are said to appear in the form of an aurora. Three brothers, Kenai (voiced by Joaquin Phoenix), Denahi (voiced by Jason Raize) and Sitka (voiced by D.B. Sweeney), return to their tribe in order for Kenai to receive his sacred totem, its meaning being what he must achieve to call himself a man.
The soundtrack to Disney’s 2003 animated feature film Brother Bear. It contains the film’s music composed by Mark Mancina and Phil Collins, as well as songs written by Collins, and performed by Tina Turner, The Blind Boys of Alabama, Oren Waters, The Bulgarian Women’s Choir, and even Collins himself. Much of the soundtrack in the film consists of the songs performed by Collins as a montage, much like what was done with the earlier Disney soundtrack to film Tarzan, but not entirely. The album was released on October 21, 2003 by Walt Disney Records.

Denville Fire Department Halloween Parade is Tuesday, 10/30/18 at 6pm. Expect delays on Broadway and East Main Street during the event.
The Denville Fire Department Halloween Parade is Tuesday, 10/30/18 beginning at 6pm. Starting at 5:30pm Second Avenue will be closed so participants can muster before the event. Once the parade begins at 6pm, the parade route is as follows: Starting at intersection of Second Avenue and Broadway the parade travels west the entire length of Broadway, then turns left onto East Main Street. The marchers then travel down East Main Street until they enter the parking lot of the Main Street Fire House. The streets listed above will be closed while marchers are present, therefore, anyone traveling in the area tomorrow should expect delays. “We have been continually patrolling houses of worship and points of our critical infrastructure since the time I entered office, last week, and again yesterday, I bolstered those efforts to reassure our neighbors in the Jewish Community. We have added visits by Sheriff’s Officers to our normal patrols of these locations. An attack on any one religion, culture or race, is an attack on us all.”
Tim Burton’s animated The Nightmare Before Christmas debuts in U.S. theaters.
A stop-motion animated musical dark fantasy film, it is directed by Henry Selick, and produced and conceived by Tim Burton. Released by Touchstone Pictures, the film features the voices of Danny Elfman (who also scored the music),
Chris Sarandon, Catherine O’Hara, William Hickey, and Paul Reubens. The story of Jack Skellington, a being from “Halloween Town” who opens a portal to “Christmas Town,” the idea for the film started as a poem Burton wrote while working as an animator at Disney in the early 1980s. Disney has decided to release the film under their Touchstone Pictures banner because they believe the film might be “too dark and scary for kids.”
The Nightmare Before Christmas will inspire video game spin-offs, including Oogie’s Revenge, MediEvil, and The Pumpkin King.
